I came in for nail service on Friday. My nail came off on Monday. I came in to get a replacement and was told they had to charge me due to this being a fill in. My new fill in set was a different price than my set before.i will not be back.

This is a very unprofessional nail shop I got there at 9:40... Tommy and his wife showed up at 10:10 seen me sitting there when they walk through the door never said anything to me about doing my nails and then at 10:45 tell me that she did not want to do my nails anymore because it takes too long to do a fill-in.. If your shop don't do long nails you should place sign on your door to inform customer and not allow them to sit... I waited OVER 50 minutes to be denied of service!!! Please see attached pictures of nail length for reference... Lastly , the last time only took her 40 minutes for fill-in and I paid extra for 4 designs ....
