Today was mentally rough. I entered the post office 3x within 30 min b/c I kept forgetting to mail certain letters/packages. Ian helped me each time- VERY patient and kind. Thank you Ian.

Went in for a new passport and photo yesterday. The young man was courteous and efficient. We were in and out in under 20 minutes.

Opened a case the other day with no response. My package has been sitting in this distribution center "Moving Through Network" for 3 days. Each day it says "delivery expected today by 7:00pm" yet no attempts have been made.
