Stood in the line for 20 minute's to fill out a change of address form. Finally it's my turn only to be told they were out of forms at that location. Usually there will be a note before you even enter. On top of that she was rude and never apologized just looked stupid.

To say that I'm beyond disappointed by the service at the Centerpoint location is an understatement!I ship things from there, they arrive later than they would from the Greystone location I'm used to using. The postmaster needs to get this branch under control.The total culmination came to a head when they lost a gift that they claimed was delivered, but if you put in my mailbox why isn't it there??? If it wouldn't fit why didn't you leave a note for me to pick up at post office, better yet, why not take it to my door???Then the cashier was on her phone, the were all loud and cursing in the back for me and others to hear.Looks like all businesses just about have little to no workers, little to no work ethics... I just don't know what to say!Now, I have to file a claim then I still don't have my gift that was mailed to me for Christmas and it wasn't a cheap gift. Someone got them a nice lick.I do know that they don't even deserve this one star!!!

My package was marked as “delivered in/at mailbox”. I don’t have a mailbox. Which is why all other packages say “front door/porch”. Needless to say, I never received my package. I was going to go up there to inquire but after reading these reviews, I’d rather not have my day ruined. I am hoping to work with the seller to get a refund or reshipment or file a claim online with USPS.

Worst customer service ever. I would give 0 Stars if it would let me. Placing a hold on your mail does no good, they deliver it anyway. You can't call them, they never answer the phone. I've even contacted USPS Customer Service directly, and the issues continue to go unresolved. If your mail is lost? Forget about it.

Some of the employees are very unprofessional. It’s sad you can have the most polite attitude towards service workers and they act so rude and hostile! I wouldn’t go to this location if I was paid to. Clearly the workers are and they can’t stand it!! Acted like I was a bother! I should have turned around. when someone leaving out was talking about one young lady and how bad her attitude was towards them! Never again!

I have informed delivery that let's me see what's coming in the mail. I placed a hold mail online due to a settlement check of mines came up missing. How coincidentally everything else was delivered but not the check. So, I have scanned image delivery that states you have mailing arriving right! Tell me why when I go to pick up my mail no mail is on hold and supposedly no hold card. So, I was told by another lady at the front desk to filled out a physical hold card. I did! Got another notification of mailing arriving and it's another check in the mail. I go to physical to the office to pick up hold mail. I'm told..no hold card and or no mail. Spoke with Manger who states the same thing and will get back. If my mail is not found then I will have to file a complaint with the Attorney General offfice of the state Alabama and BBB. I will be also requesting for corporate assistance as well with this issue .

can't be bothered to find my lost package...that was lost in their possession. i now get to spend more money just to ship personal mail thru other organizations that will replace it if they lose it, like your group of blunders have. hope you all get shut down or fired. id say good life but i really really hope everyone associated with this group has a horrible life of hardships that lead you to the end of the story.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I was supposed to receive a redelivery...Never did I put for it to on 8/16/2023. I never received my package. I believe they have illiterate staff there.

No one answers the phone. Go up there. The staff are rude and no help at all. The location is in a dilapidated, nasty building. Careful not to get mugged. Really should be cleaned up staff and location.

If I could give them 5 negative stars I would the management is worse than the Staff. My business hasn't had the delivery of mail in over 3 weeks. I complain to the management and he and his assistant who is female both had a we don't care attitude.maybe these people don't realize they work for the public so if they can't do their job find a different one. I wouldn't be disappointed if they closed this place down! I would never want to see a place closed or a person lose a job but you need to do your job to have a job. It is no wonder that the postal service is bleeding money every year when they have employees who behave in the manner that these people do!

Worst customer service do not even try to call this location. They never answer. Had one of the delivery drivers run over my dog. I have been trying to file a complaint. can't succeed.

LAZY!! never bring packages to the door because they don’t want to have to get out out of the truck! instead, they’ll mark your mailbox as being full, package being oversized, or mailbox “blocked”. ALSO, they never update your tracking number.

Frequent lost packages, say delivered when not. Literally have had contact with the driver and was told no mail for my address, yet shows delivered on tracking minutes later. Something needs to be done about this location...the ratings/reviews say it all.
