“They are one of the better auto part stores in my area. I usually go to them first before going to others in and around the area.Usually if this Napa doesn’t have the part I need, I go online to locate it before going to other auto part stores. I’ve never had any of my vehicles worked on by them, since I do my own auto repairs. So I cannot review their auto repair work!When it comes to their employees being helpful and knowledgeable I give them an A+.I was there the other day to dump oil and the employees were helpful and now I know I can dump oil even after hours. Other auto part stores you have to sign a paper and jump through hoops every time you dump oil. I like things to be simple!”

“We were referred to Pate's by our regular mechanic after a tree fell on the carport damaging one of the cars. The job they did was fantastic! They were very reasonably priced and the work was done in a timely manner with exceptional quality. I can honestly say that the car looks better than it did before the tree fell too. I would strongly recommend this repair shop!”
