I enjoy that the clothing can be dressed up and professional while I sell real estate but I can also put it to the test while I am adventuring and doing outdoor activities. Very friendly staff and a good collection of clothing and fly fishing gear. Highly recommend this place!”

“I was prepping for a photoshoot and was made aware that Buckle might have the look I was looking for. It was a LONG day of shopping and when I walked in Zach came right up to me and very happily assisted me and even made my outfit come together. Ally and Zach found several options for me. I worked in retail on and off throughout my life and I have a lot of respect for the industry. I haven't been assisted in the way I was at Buckle, and I never leave reviews- but Ally and Zach deserve it! As a former ETL at Target, I'd be so elated to have either or both on my team. I usually do all my shopping online but am looking forward to going back :) Go see them!”

“The customer service at Francesca's is above and beyond. After walking around all afternoon looking for a dress that was appropriate for a basic training graduation, I was so close to just giving up. I ended up at Francesca's as a last ditch effort, thinking that they didn't carry anything of that caliber, and the two store associates there threw together at least 10 different full outfits for me to try on. I ended up falling in love with one of the outfits, so they also helped me pick some accessories. They were so helpful, attentive, and caring. I'll definitely return.”

“I came in with a pretty complicated return/exchange situation after utilizing the 2-year warranty on a different pair of jeans. The manager, Hope, greeted us when we entered the store and stepped into help, seeing that I had a return. Even though they couldn’t help with my actual problem since it was an online issue, they immediately dialed the customer service line and got my issue taken care of with them right then and there. Hope was super helpful, and I really appreciate the above and beyond service, since the easy response would have been, “you’ll have to call customer support and have them take care of it.” Thank you!Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything in the store that day, I was able to use my credit to get two pairs of jeans at the next outlet I visited which was running a BOGO sale. :)”

“Unique items with something for everyone. I bought a necklace two minutes in. My friends were in love with so many of their tops. I also noted a baby section that had beautiful pieces and I’m pretty sure they said they personalize- but you may want to call and check on that because I may be remembering wrong. But the items were truly beautiful. I definitely will be returning here and I know there will be purchases made for me and likely for gifts.”

“YOU PLAID ME AT HELLO!I don't know how I missed the news that a Burlington store opened on Highway 280. But I am so happy that I found it. Burlington, formally known as Burlington Coat Factory, has gone through some changes in the past couple years. Changing over from being known for their coats to now being a similar bargain store to TJ Max and Marshall's. Recently, I came to the Burlington in Hoover, and realized how they offer so many perfumes that I have been hunting for. Thinking that this location because it is a little larger, would have the same selection I came in and was unfortunately disappointed. I guess you can say not all Burlington stores are the same. Though they do have a ton of clothing, accessories and other items, the perfume selection was just lacking from what I saw. I was happy that this location exists and I'm sure that the people who live in and around highway 280 are just as pleased. You can definitely find so,e deals and steals at Burlington.”

“Beautiful bright clean store and was greeted warmly. I had called ahead to ask them to hold a bracelet as I wanted to exchange one I had bought recently to a smaller size. Sadly, the sales associate that had put aside the bracelet the day before did not check the clasp. The sales associate that helped me was honest about the clasp being slightly faulty and even though I could have exchanged my bracelet and taken that one, she recommended against it and did everything she could to try to accommodate me. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough of a remaining balance on my Pandora card to make the exchange. She even tried increasing my credit limit but to no avail.I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t able to exchange my bracelet, and I feel that for a high ticket item (it was a diamonds by Pandora bangle), they should have had better stock. But she was very nice and spent a lot of time with me to try to come up with a solution.I still recommend this store!”
