“Hands down one of the best cleaners/alterers I have ever used. Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, pressing, and stain removal, but their repairs and hems are incredible. They were able to repair a button on the back of my Burberry trench (which involved deconstructing the coat, fixing the button, and putting the coat back together), and repair a vertical tear along the button line to a Marni button-down without it being noticeable. They have removed old drink/food stains from numerous coats and jackets (easily >5-year-old stains) that we assumed were lost causes.
