Aurora was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She took time to look at my account and the issues with the 5g boxes. She took time to troubleshoot, correct, replace hardware and explain the issues. She did all of this even after a long day of helping all of the dissatisfied customers that originally went to the Sylacauga store. While I am glad that Aurora is employed with T-mobile so I can benefit from her customer service, she will be an asset to any company in her future.”
