“I guess maybe I got lucky compared to the other reviews? I've rented cars and equipment all over the world - one of the last times was Paris. I expected to have to wait or some mistake in reservation, scheduling etc (because this happens with all the other carriers fairly often). So I planned two hours to get everything in order just in case. Was happily surprised this was one of the very fastest easiest any kinda rental I've ever done. Had the keys and was gone in less than ten minutes! Super friendly, efficient staff. All around excellent!”

“Hannah, whom helped me with my rental was a gem!! She patiently and pleasantly responded to all of my questions. She was also extremely courteous and respectful. It was extremely easy renting the cargo van that I needed, and I was also able to pay cash when I returned the van- So, I didn't have to use my credit card if I didn't want to- which was ideal for my situation. You do have to have a credit card or bank issued debit card on file, prior to renting. The card is only needed in case of damage or accidents that I might have incurred after leaving the lot. But, having the option to pay cash upon return was a nice touch and much appreciated. But, the most memorable and pleasant thing I experienced, was Hannah helping me at the front desk. She was knowledgeable and efficient at doing her job. I suggest that management give her a raise. She definitely deserves it. Her personality was pleasantly wonderful to do business with and memorable. I would definitely recommend this U-haul rental location for your rental needs, and I will definitely use them again if needed in the future. I give this business and experience 5 stars!! I just can't rave enough about Hannah and the ease of handling my business here.”
