“Hannah, whom helped me with my rental was a gem!! She patiently and pleasantly responded to all of my questions. She was also extremely courteous and respectful. It was extremely easy renting the cargo van that I needed, and I was also able to pay cash when I returned the van- So, I didn't have to use my credit card if I didn't want to- which was ideal for my situation. You do have to have a credit card or bank issued debit card on file, prior to renting. The card is only needed in case of damage or accidents that I might have incurred after leaving the lot. But, having the option to pay cash upon return was a nice touch and much appreciated. But, the most memorable and pleasant thing I experienced, was Hannah helping me at the front desk. She was knowledgeable and efficient at doing her job. I suggest that management give her a raise. She definitely deserves it. Her personality was pleasantly wonderful to do business with and memorable. I would definitely recommend this U-haul rental location for your rental needs, and I will definitely use them again if needed in the future. I give this business and experience 5 stars!! I just can't rave enough about Hannah and the ease of handling my business here.”
