    “The people that run this store need a raise, the customer service is fantastic. I came in there last minute and everyone was polite and helped me make my decisions even though they were about to close. I needed to do a layaway and they still help me I really appreciate them. Jan and Monica are excellent I remember their names because they were so patient with me. I've been there several times and everyone is so professional and polite. this is the only Citi Trends I want to go to. these people need to be used to train other folks at other Citi Trends.     “I placed an order for pick up at the cordova mall location (very first time purchasing from old navy). The order was for the dynamic fleece cargo joggers that I've been waiting to go down in price. A few hours after I placed the order, I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to my transaction being flagged as fraudulent. I called customer service and they could not explain why it was flagged. I was told I would have to place the order again or have them ship me my product for another charge of $36. Meanwhile, I have to wait on the original $36 to fall out of my account. Very disappointing! The one star is for the manager George for making sure I would be able to come in the store to make my purchase. Thanks George!”
