“Even though the store is very small and a little congested. I just love to purchase home decor from home goods due to the quality, price, and limited pieces. I will never go into a friend's home and find anything that I have purchased from Homegoods. I love the reaction that I get when friends and family visit and admire something and ask where it came from because I know that I purchased the last 1 or set. I tell friends all the time home goods is the way to go. If your throwing a party or baby shower and need nice, high quality, cake stands, serving tray etc, please do not sleep on this store. Even if you are a pet lover, they sell pet stuff, furniture, and much more.”

We don't sell clothes here. Well. I said, this IS A WALMART and my instructions were to return to closest Walmart. She processed the return but bitched about it the whole time! I'm a Walmart Plus member and spend a great deal with Walmart. I should NOT have been treated rudely.!”

“I go in the Family Dollar Store almost every other day I love the people that work in there they are awesome they help me when I need to find something very polite and they watch out for my well-being they are like family to me and that's why you are called Family Dollar because everyone in there is family I shop at the one McVeigh and Navco beside Piggly Wiggly wouldn't stop at any other one they are the best in there”
“This Family Dollar I shopped at on October 3, 2023 was the only one in the entire Mobile area that had everything I needed after going to 3 other lame locations that didn't have anything and one had a rude employee that I had to remind that he was serving the customer and not the other way around. The Springhill location was a breath of fresh air compared to the others I went to. The stocking clerk was excellent and gave me the beef Jamaican patties I was looking for at the other locations right off of the stocking cart instead of giving me a smart remark like the clerk at the Stanton Rd location. The stock clerk at Springhill deserves a raise and any perk he wants. He's good. The cashier was friendly and okay too. Going through the line was kind of slow because we had people who didn't know how to use a debit card after debit cards have been out for over 30 years but, other than that, this is a good Family Dollar location. One of the best I've been to I'm decades.”
“Well I made a trip to your store today first time in a long time and only because I just moved to this area. Had to pick up a prescription they were friendly and courteous then had to get a few other items. The only part that was not too impressive was the lady doing the checkout around 1:30 this afternoon and all I wanted to do was say put on a happy face and act like you might kind of enjoy your job a little bit. We all get tired that's understandable but try to be a little bit more pleasant her name is Pam. Also I wanted to say I never seen so many grumpy people and ill-mannered people in one store in such a long time things are bad for everybody you know we got to be a little bit more pleasant to each other.
