“Jeff and the guys at Tire Works are absolutely fantastic! I brought them my truck and had a set of tires put on it. I picked it up and drove it home and parked it for a couple of days. Drove it to work, and I didn't like the feel of the tires at all. Talked to Jeff about my concerns. He told me to bring it in. He put another brand on it and called to tell me he felt the same issues I had described, even in the second set. He put my truck on the rack and inspected it. He told me he found nothing wrong with the truck and that it had to be the new tires. So he put another brand on it, which eliminated the issues and had the truck back to driving like it should.. He did all this with no extra cost to me. I have never received such great service and honesty from any tire dealer ever. These folks are honest to the core, and customer safety and satisfaction are their top priority. Thanks, Jeff!!”

“My family and I were driving to gulf shores and our brake line blew. We hobbled our way to Bay City and they were more than accommodating. As soon as we pulled in they assessed the car and had the car ready in about 2 hours. After they finished a mechanic named Richy test drove the car and he found that an additional part was missing. He put it in and we were gone 15 minutes later. My mother met a new friend that was working at the desk, she was very pleasant and great to talk to in the meantime. James was very professional and gave us detailed information about the part they added. Highly recommend!”

“It's my go-to place to buy tires. Southern tires is locally owned by mom and pop that are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They are the fun parents. They live Disney and they sit down and play video games with the kids. Would you love a mom and dad like that. I go to them exclusively to buy tires new and used and they are my goto for a patch and a balance whenever it's needed. If you don't want to go all the way on a brand new set of tires, and there are good reasons why you might not, they may have a good set of used tires that will get you through until you're ready for that new set. If you have used tires that you need to properly dispose of and you don't know where to take them, they will dispose of them properly for you. I'm thinking of my neighbors and have eight tires piled up on the other side of the fence. Of course when you're ready to buy that new set of tires, give them a shout. When I tell other people what I paid for my tires, they always tell me I got a great deal. I don't have any context because I don't buy tires anywhere else. They are my friends for sure.”
