“This store has a girl named Stacy who works here and she is an angel! She helped my elderly grandmother who has dementia ship out a package and the woman who was working with her was very upset for helping my grandmother because it took a little longer than most customers. Thank you Stacy! Thank you for being of service to our community and working so hard.”

“I got on here just to see the hours of operation and was appalled to see their star rating, so I wanted to give my review. The Satsuma post office has been exceptional!!!! Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! Anytime I've gone into the post office I've always been greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the great work! -Heather McKee”

“Mrs. Tammy went above and beyond to help track a package; find it; and deliver the package right to me. Big smile, so kind and very helpful. I greatly appreciate her service at the Semmes Postal Service. Thank you again for your act of kindness.”
