“This was the best customer service experience ever. We got here the doors where held open for us. I had a lot of questions they helped us the whole time. Wonderful people. Night shifts the best! Definitely need a raise !!!”
“Easy stop on 2nd Ave E. Well stocked with the usual extras—cleaning supplies, snacks, frozen food, cards, and party stuff—at a good price. Staff have been friendly and I can get in and out quickly. Convenient for anyone around Oneonta. I’ll keep coming back.”
“The people do their best to accommodate customers, and there is a lot to be said for that. They are very nice people and jump to help when called. The selection is decent but their supply truck, sometimes, I think is sleeping as some supplies take a while to get there ;) And i'm not a person who is "just reviewing". I went to a store within 15 miles and they were getting "too much" stock. Yes, the Dollar General network seems to have "favorites" when it comes to supplying. However, these people do their best with what they have and i respect that, that's what "real" service is all about and i applaud them for it.”
“They don't pick up the phone very rude and the price are always wrong on the merchandise. And they want change to the right price. I only go when serton people are working Dee and Tiffany are working and I will our JericaAre her. I only gave 4 star because of the3 that does do there job”
“The store in Allgood is one of the best looking retail stores I've been in, in years. I spoke with the manager, Bethany and was very impressed with how she's running her store. GREAT JOB DG!!!!”
“There's a DG on almost every corner. And they all look and smell the same. This one is no exception. Great merchandise. Great prices. Great parking access. We shop there quite often. We prefer their bread products to most other brands. Would recommend.”
“Starting to shape up. The store is more clean, and better organized than in past. The store manager was kind and courteous. Made for a much better store visit. Well done.”
