“Great location with plenty of parking. This little post office is my favorite. It is small but always a fast in and out with no line with efficient and friendly personnel that’s willing to help you out with a smile. It’s worth the drive to get this kind of service.”

“I just moved to Crossville, I was online looking up what the hours of operation are and I've seen all the bad reviews but I've experienced nothing but nice employees!! The post office is nice and clean, the carriers are courteous, that's a fast paced stressful job sometimes, maybe we should stop and just be thankful!”
