“Ms. Brenda is a rare find at most post offices. She not only does her job, but has gone above and beyond helping me with mail and issues from other post offices. This is not my local post office, but we gladly drive out of our way for the service that we receive. The only issues we have ever had were due to internet/router issues that were beyond her control, and the delay in having to wait for others to repair the problem.”
“It was quick, clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I'm not sure if I just came at the right time but with the past nightmares I have had at other Post Office locations this was a welcome treat.”

“This Thanksgiving I'm grateful for Wetumpka USPS. The sender mistyped my address so my package was set to return to sender. I realized that this store closes at 12 on Wednesday but I decided to head that way to see if I could catch anyone even though they had been closed for 3 hours. To my pleasant surprise not only were there people there the day before Thanksgiving but they were more than happy to help me out. Thank you for your help today!”
“Maxwell Air Force Base is blessed to have this postal station on base. More over, we are lucky to have Shelia there. I always find reasons to ship things off because it's such a treat to just exchange pleasantries with her. Though we are going through tough times, she has made sure each and every package I have brought there (there have been hundreds) made it out expeditiously. kk”

“The Milbrook PO provides phenomenal service regardless of the representative behind the counter! This post office should be the benchmark for all POs. The Deatsville PO is garbage.”
