Yes there are 2 signs with different hours. The first door says they don't open until 10:30am but the inside door says they open at 8am. I was there around 9:30am and they were open. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful.

Unsure if the previous issues are still here, the shorter lady who works at the left office has always been there and is very helpful :)
