“I got on here just to see the hours of operation and was appalled to see their star rating, so I wanted to give my review. The Satsuma post office has been exceptional!!!! Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! Anytime I've gone into the post office I've always been greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

“This store has a girl named Stacy who works here and she is an angel! She helped my elderly grandmother who has dementia ship out a package and the woman who was working with her was very upset for helping my grandmother because it took a little longer than most customers. Thank you Stacy! Thank you for being of service to our community and working so hard.”
