“I have banked with ACC since I was 16 years old. I have never came across someone I didn’t love! Today at the cullman location, Cassie (and another lady that I can’t remember her name but she was great too) set up three Billy bear accounts for my children and I had wonderful conversations with them about how good our God is! Cassie was wonderful with updating everything and was so kind hearted and genuine! Go see these ladies!!!”

“I've only had my account open with BBVA a few months. My only only grief with them was this- when I first opened my account I was (understandably) considered a "new account." My issue was the fact that since I was a new account, any checks I tried cashing would have a hold placed on them. I've never had that issue with Any other bank so this was a new and frustrating situation. However, the staff at my main branch was more than willing to help me with that issue. Only catch was that I had to go in branch to speak with someone instead of being able to use the atm or the app on my phone. Once you get past new account standards, BBVA compass is actually a pretty decent bank and staffed with pretty polite people who are willing to go the extra mile to assist their clients.”
