I have used Merchants for years, and I just love them. Their Fairview branch is who I have worked more closely with since it is right near my home, but all of the branches that are in Cullman are just wonderful. You get that home town feel when you walk in, but in a very professional setting.

Best bank i have ever had an account with. The employees here will go out of their way to help customers with issues and for military members like myself, they will help you over the phone, mail, anything any way they can.
