“Have been checking out local butchers in town since I moved here recently and I'm glad I stopped in here. Business is clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Left with some jalapeno cheese sausage and confirmation on where I'm buying brisket from once I get the smoker set back up!”

“I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and have been a long time customer in the past but had not visited in quite a while. I was surprised and pleased to find they have stepped up in their offerings while also keeping up the traditional products they've always had.They have beer and wine and offer wine tastings. Smoked ribs, chickens and butts prepared daily and kept warm. They also have a large selection of pickled and preserved jams, jellies and jerky products. My favorite, the Spicy Quail Eggs, delicious!A butcher case is also there for steaks and other meat products. “We went for the first time this past weekend, & they had so many options of meat to choose from. We got two NY strip steaks, Applewood smoked sausage, three cheese smoked sausage, & some smoked tuna dip. The steaks had really good flavor, the Applewood smoked sausage is by far the best sausage I have ever eaten, didn't care too much about the three cheese or the smoked tuna dip, but I think it's because I'm used to Panama cities smoked tuna. Overall everything tasted good, & the atmosphere at the location is nice & friendly. I recommend you try them out! I wish we wouldn't have waited so long!”
