“I have been happy with T-Mobile the whole time I have had them, but, the past 2 days have been unbelievable. I went to get an upgrade because I had broke my phone. The sales rep, Micah, started looking up my info and said he could save me money. And he did. I left with a new phone that was bigger, faster, had more memory and RAM, got a tablet, a new line for the tablet, cases, screen protectors and chargers, and left with my bill being a few dollars cheaper than it was before I went in. They definitely work hard at making the customer experience pleasurable. Very happy customer ?”
