Today there was only one cashier. I waited 35 minutes for my turn. Already had my check written. All I needed was to hand it to her and get a receipt, but nooo, she made me wait. I'm looking for a new service provider. My bill was also $10 higher this month for no apparent reason.”

“Today we switched carriers and bought 3 new iphone 17s. Will was our sales representative and he went above and beyond our expectations. He was so helpful and made the process effortless. This was our first time doing a family plan and switching carriers, so we had lots of questions. He was very polite and professional and even engaged with our 2 kids throughout the time we were there. (approx 2 hours). He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand each promotion/option that was available. We are 100% satisfied with the customer service at this location.”
