“This place helped me tremendously!!! We had went to multiple places to get a package shipped with absolutely no luck. The package was supposed to be sent off 2 weeks prior but kept having issues getting it sent. I don't live in the Cullman area but was there this past Wednesday for an appointment and decided to see if there was an actual ups store close.... I seen that their star rating was really low so I didn't expect much. However, I went in there and was greeted politely by the workers. One was helping another customer and the other worker came straight over to help me. It took all of 2 minutes, if that, and I was out the door minus the package. So, from my experience, I would definitely recommend this place especially for sending stuff off.”
