“They were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that they didn't have what I needed in store. I was told I would have to order from factory even though the Internet hàd a posting saying it was available at advanced auto. Not the store’s fault though.”

He quickly figured out that my battery just needed to be tightened, fixed it at no charge, and made sure everything was secure before I left. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help.
What really stood out was how thoughtful he was with my kids. He even gave them quarters so they could get candy, which made their day. That simple act of kindness meant a lot.
