“Excellent communication, easy to reach a human by phone, quick rental process. Wheeled carts for transporting boxes into the climate controlled units that are inside the building, down a hall, and around a corner would be a great addition. Being able to decline your insurance would be great too. I didn't store a lot but what I did store cannot be replaced so the added expense of something 100% unnecessary caught me off guard.”
