Mr. Jimmy was fabulous in helping resolve a billing issue. Even though AT&T customer service quit the chat twice, he continued until the next customer service person was able to help us. I am so appreciative of his hard work and resolve to help me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help at the AT&T store.

The Daphne location on Hwy. 90 has the best help in the area, as well as other locations outside of Daphne. Jimmy and Mark are the guys to go to for anything.
