“Lacy was so helpful. Was a massive nightmare trying to get my phone's LCD screen repaired. Despite my phone being less than 6 months old and still under warranty, my service provider had me driving all over the damn county And no one saved interested in trying to offer actual assistance. Finally, after 7, 8 hours of getting the runaround I was routed by my phone's manufacturer to ubreakifix because they are a licensed partner. Lacy was so patient and even though she was by herself for the day, she went above and beyond to help me get my problem resolved. Would absolutely recommend ubreakifix. “If anyone needs help with AT&T products, I found the perfect store in Daphne, AL. It on Hwy 181, near Lowes, in fact it's practically in their parking area. The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. On February 14th I went to the store, because I have been having problems with my phone. An employee from the store worked with my phone for over 4 hours, until he was satisfied that my phone was working properly. He even received some assistance from the manager. The employees at this AT&T store are so friendly and personable, they make you feel like you're a friend, who they've known for years. I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for all their help and assistance in getting my phone operating properly.
