I just need to take a moment to profoundly thank Robert Yeager for his outstanding customer service. Honestly, he’s an unsung hero. For 23 days straight I had lengthy conversations with various AT&T reps and tech support across the country, all who provided no solutions for me and often made my situation worse. I’m a single female traveler and my cellular service had been disconnected due to some glitch in the system. AT&T never honestly cared about what I was going through or the inconvenience not having a working phone was causing me. Then I met Robert, and he genuinely listened to my situation. More than that I finally felt heard. And in under five minutes he legit just fixed my problem, just like that. And now I finally have service again and am able to post this review. But more than 5 stars, and also, huge genuine shout out to Robert. I am so grateful for his kindness and also intelligence, understanding we get locked into these systems so we deserve help if we need it along the way. Come to this store and ask for him, he’s got your back!!

The employees are friendly, store is clean, organized, they explained the very thing I came in for, it was time for me to upgrade and I took advantage of the Father’s Day Special! I not only have a new iphone, the Apple watch .99/month and the Ipad is only .99 a month! Great deal AT&T!
Been a satisfied customer since 1999! (it began as Cingular before AT&T acquired them)

Younger, dark-haired, tan guy was incredibly nice and professional, even with a rude customer who came in and fully interrupted him with rude comments simply because he was unable to have his stuff he needed at the current location. Our transaction and assistance was very well done, was fast, and my family and I left the store happy with our needs resolved! Please recognize the employee if possible for outstanding customer service, because he was alone in the building at the time of around 2-4pm when I came in with family and even being alone he was able to provide outstanding service to our family while still acknowledging the follow up customers. I hope this man is being paid what he is worth absolutely!!! I would provide his name but my ADHD is bad and sadly I can only remember his features. I apologize for that. Regardless, I am a local here, and I will be returning for future business as a life-long customer for AT&T.

One of the worst experiences I have had. IT IS NOT AN AT&T store, simply an authorized retailer. Robert was one of the rudest people I’ve worked with and lied about fees and cost of replacing my phone, buried in fine print. Avoid this money trap.

Robert at the ATT store did an excellent job helping me find the phone I wanted and adjusting my wireless plan to better fit my needs. He is Very knowledgeable and represents ATT well.

This location has lots of friendly staff & knowledgeable. They were ready to help & gave me great service. The manager Robert was nice & made me feel comfortable & I left with everything I needed & asked for.

Always a long wait, plenty of experience due to mistakes being made to my bill. Typically over an hour wait during the week or weekends. Don't expect to be in and out, and clear your schedule if you stop in.

I went to this location after I had a very bad experience to the point that I was in tears. Customer service worker Blake that works here really gave me his undivided attention and helped me calm down. He was very nice and even offer me to stay in the store while I was on the phone with customer Service so he could help me if I needed help. Gave me all necessary dates and numbers to better guide me while on the phone. He was awesome and I’m thankful for his customer service skills today.

I went in there today because I bought a memory card for my phone and while taking the thing out it popped out so fast and hard it hit the ceiling knocked my SD card out and I couldn't find it so I had to go get a new one this person working at the store did not know a thing about phones she could not explain to me how to move my photos from my phone to my memory card I just bought. So if you're looking for competence I would stay away from this particular store. And not only that I saw on their itinerary where they're screwing me out of money straight out and out. This phone that they sold me is starting to screw up I have to turn it off and turn it back on almost daily I can't charge it through the port I had to buy one of those things to set it on to charge it. So I am about done with AT&T, all y'all are doing is screwing people over you have incompetence working for you if they even speak English on the phone you can't get anything done you can't get any issues resolved this is ridiculous and I'm tired of it I'm fixing to go back to Verizon! I have the 300 MB plan and that coupled with my phone plan is supposed to bring it down to that price yet they're still charging me $55 for my internet which is a straight out lie!!!!!!

However, paying off phones so that we can move to T-Mobile since their pricing is better and new iPhones free. They have over 55 pricing. They'll also reimburse us for the phone payoff to move over. I've tried to appeal to JohnStankey for pricing relief and have been ignored repeatedly.
