Went into have a 3-year-old battery checked because the car died on me the night before. Put the battery on the counter they hooked it up to their tester they told me it was at 85% and still in good condition. Went down to another auto shop just to have the alternator checked to make sure that the alternator was okay since the battery was good and they said the battery was absolutely shot and needed to start with a battery first. So this is costing me more money to have someone else install a battery which is something that I could have done and it also cost this store money because I was ready to purchase a battery there.

Great location and really good employees. The young man that helped us with a battery replacement was very helpful and very respectful. I will be shopping here often!

AutoZone has been my go to auto-parts store for years, this one is currently my local shop. I no longer use it due to bad experiences (multiple times in a row) with a manager and one other employee. The manager while attempting to make an upsell, gets frustrated when I declined and because he wasn’t paying attention to what parts he was pulling with me sold me the wrong brakes. Another trip an employee literally argued with himself (almost 5 minutes ) on whether or not he had a torque wrench to loan. It was comical (like a cartoon skit). There’s been other things, while small, just not the norm to my previous experiences. The chain is still good, just not the current staff.

I needed a headlamp replacement on a 2019 Kia Sorento. Terrance U sold me the lamps and then installed them for me. He went above and beyond to assist me. It was most appreciated. That’s the kind of customer service that makes me a lifelong customer of Autozone.

I broke down on the side of the road by aldi in daphne, and Preston green took time out of his shift while they were slow and drove up the street to check my battery on the side of the road, the battery I had recently purchased was fine the terminals just had a broken bolt so he got my vehicle started so I could get back to auto zone and he sold me the correct bolts!!

They are so nice at this store. We locked the keys in our truck and Francisco gave me a ride to the dealership down the road to get the extra key out of my car. We are so Thankful to them!

Mark M and the team were very courteous and helpful. My check engine light was on and they hooked up their machine and diagnosed the issue quickly. Clean store and nice people.

I'm from out of state and stopped by with an emergency coolant leak. Thank goodness I already knew what I needed to get and what I needed to do because I received no help from any associate at this location. If I was local, I wouldn't return. 0/10 recommend.
