Car Rental in Daphne, AL

“Both Manager Brandi & M.T. Dominique went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of my rental request

I needed to rent a large SUV while my truck was being repaired and the staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure that I had exactly what I needed.

I also needed to be picked up from the shop repairing my car which was within 1-2 miles away from the rental location.

Although they were short staffed I was willing to wait for them to take care of the other customers before picking me up.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. Brandi and Dominique treated me like they've known me for years even though this was my first time interacting with these ladies.

They were professional, friendly, they proved that customer service was most important to them and because of these ladies I'll continue to rent from Enterprise on Hwy 98...

She answered all of my questions and I didn’t have to wait long for my car. She even took the car back for an extra cleaning to ensure everything was great. Despite a busy day with people renting cars, she was efficient and made sure I got what I was looking for and didn’t have to wait long. Because of her I would use this location again.”
