“Stopped by the UPS Store for some Amazon returns and had such a great experience. The gentleman working there was exceptionally friendly, made the whole process quick and easy, and even wished me a Happy Mother’s Day on my way out. Small acts of kindness like that really stand out these days. Excellent customer service!”
“I consistently have a pleasant experience when shipping packages here at the UPS Store. The management team simplifies everything, which allows for efficient and safe mailing. Also, I find the scent of paper, tape, and packaging equipment to be quite lovely.”
“Today we brought a very heavy and unwieldy box that needed to be returned to Amazon. The young lady that looked like she weighed barely 100 pounds offered to assist my wife to carry it into the store. She ACTUALLY CARRIED IT IN BY HERSELF AS MY WIFE AND I LOOKED ON IN TOTAL AMAZEMENT. ? She was moving so fast that we didn't catch her name. Great service and we thank you for that!!!”

“Ran in here to drop a package. This post office is in a newer location than my scooter days but still is awesome. My Mom loved the old clapboard post office 4 blocks away. This updated location is now steps away from where many members of my family lie - Montrose Cemetery. It is kind of neat. So is the Post Office!”
“My department was eliminated and I had to return my laptop back to the company using a UPS label that had been emailed to me.
The woman at the counter told me it would $3.19 to print the label for me. I was so shocked and upset that not only had I lost my job, it was going to COST MONEY to return their equipment that I got overwhelmed with emotion.
The woman saw the tears welling up in my eyes and told me to wait a moment, then came out of the back room with her wallet and swiped her own card to cover it for me.
Her kindness on one of the worst days of my life will never be forgotten, and I hope one day to pay it forward when I'm back on my feet.”
