“Keith was exceptionally professional and patient with the large task of moving 7 phone lines from T-Mobile to AT&T! I was agitated from a terrible in-store experience at T-Mobile on Government and he listened without making me feel judged and gave me my options for moving service to AT&T. He patiently helped us select phones and explained how the incentive could be redeemed. His manager was also extremely helpful and made my son and I feel confident we were making the right decision. And the best part? My bill is more than $100 less after the switch. Love this place!”

“I went in to upgrade the day before 4th of July and Jessica was amazing. There were 2 guests ahead of me and 2 after me and she was such a delight. She spoke to all of us and made it a better environment instead of us all just sitting there in silence. She asked us all about our 4th of July plans and spoke to everyone. I saw her helping a mom and daughter upgrade a phone, helped 2 senior citizens pay their bills, and then she helped myself upgrade and a woman transfer her eSIM to another phone because hers wasn’t working. Never did she complain or give off “annoyed” vibes. She was so sweet and a pleasure to work with and made my shopping experience enjoyable!!!”
