“I have been dealing with some issues with my jeep for months. And by months, I meant gave up and let it sit for a bit before proceeding with what we thought the issue was. After being told it was likely transmission-related, we were recommended by a friend and fellow jeeper to talk with the team at TW. While we had talked with Will previously at jeep outings and had a bit of prior trust started, I was even more happy with the level of communication and professionalism as he diagnosed my Jeep’s main issue and got it fixed.We told them we weren’t in a rush, but they were able to diagnose, obtain parts, and install them faster than expected. I was very happy with frequent communication/updates from the team and of course having my jeep running smoothly again so I can have the confidence to drive my daily driver both to and from work and for longer trips as needed. We will definitely return for more work in the future with our 3 other vehicles.”

“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while now, but kept forgetting. Back in June, we were leaving the next day for the mountains and my husband got in his truck the evening before and his 2021 Toyota tundra wouldn’t start, like at all. I called this guy and he called me right back, communicated via text and phone call every 10 minutes to try to help. We tossed ideas back and forth and he offered to see us first thing the next morning so we could be on our way as fast as possible. It ended up just being a battery but this guy’s customer service is top tier. He was incredibly nice and so concerned even though it was after hours for him. I will never ever forget his kindness and willingness to help us out. He deserves the world and much much more!”

“My son got a brand new car about two to three weeks ago! Someone backed into the rear plastic bumper making a small dent but didn't tell him. He was so upset!I went friday evening by so they could look at it. Was figuring it would cost 2-3 hundred or more.The wonderful lady that works in the office said come back Monday. Probably want cost anything to heat it and pop it back out. “Denny&Danny are amazing Mechanics. I have made multiple mistakes allowing others to touch my vehicles. I wont directly say names, but two well known mechanic shops in town (one on beltline and one on 31) have turned my smile upside down. These guys are the absolute definitions of hard working people. Working multiple jobs, probably even close to 24 hours a day, to make money and provide outstanding services. Had a mechanic who previously worked on my truck to fix one part, he admitted to accidentally breaking another part after I received it then tried to charge me $160 to fix it. Fleetpride fixed it for about $70 in less than 10 minutes. So less of work, they didn’t know what to charge, so I just dropped a tip. They’ve always charged great prices here and have always been pretty honest. They probably work on my vehicle more than I drive it and each time, they fix it, charge amazing decent prices and are quick to respond. Will always recommend this company.”

“Calverts Auto is a very good place for excellent auto body work. My name is Deborah Day and I was side swiped by an 18 wheeler in Birmingham right after I left Carvana. He didn’t even stop. My right back door looked like a huge tiger dug his claws over and over where the spokes of his left front tire turned until “I” turned my steering to the left and got away from him. My car was a real catch. It is a 2013 Honda Accord Touring with only 58,000 miles on it. Perfect condition. A perfect used car inside and out. I made it home shaking. But I was about to be surprised soon enough. My insurance company wanted Jon to order used parts for my perfect car even though they were perfect when I drove it away. This occurred May 1. My agent did absolutely -0- for me. They Dont send a real adjuster out anymore! So for almost 3 1/2 months Jon had to argue, wrangle and do live video for the insurance company. He refused to do inferior work on a perfect car. I was about to lose it. Then finally Jon let me know it was over. We won! He ordered new parts and started to work. When finished, he did a great paint job on the right back door and the section on the back and right top. It’s perfect. I’ll be forever grateful to him for refusing to do inferior work. After all was said and done the insurance agent in Nashville called me to beg me to accept used parts?!! He was so out of touch with his own company. I told him he was a day late and many dollars short.?”

“This place has such great prices. Especially compared to big name part stores! The guys there are always friendly and so helpful. My hubby always checks with this place first when needing to buy car parts. If they don't have a part they will try to get what you need. The only reason I took a star off is because they smoke inside and it chokes me to death.. but it will never stop me from buying parts there, plus the smell reminds me of my dad's old auto body shop he owned when I was growing up so it's nostalgic. Even tho it's a little further of a drive than some other part stores, it's definitely worth it and we have never had a bad experience with them. Now if they could only put the parts on too... ?”
