“Had a wonderful experience after having my 2 yr old car die on me out of nowhere. After getting a jump start, I was able to come to autozone for a battery test just to be safe. Sure enough, I had a bad battery. They were quick to test upon arrival, helped me find the battery for my car, had multiple options in stock, and helped me select the best one for me, installed in less then 10 min and got me back on my way! The manager, and two other gentlemen were very helpful and I appreciated their urgency and kindness! Awesome job guys and thanks for all your help! :)”

I would also like to share some constructive feedback. There is a tall gentleman with a beard—whom I believe may be part of the management team—who, unfortunately, has consistently lacked customer service skills during my visits. Interactions with him have often felt unnecessarily difficult when asking for assistance.
