“I have been dealing with some issues with my jeep for months. And by months, I meant gave up and let it sit for a bit before proceeding with what we thought the issue was. After being told it was likely transmission-related, we were recommended by a friend and fellow jeeper to talk with the team at TW. While we had talked with Will previously at jeep outings and had a bit of prior trust started, I was even more happy with the level of communication and professionalism as he diagnosed my Jeep’s main issue and got it fixed.We told them we weren’t in a rush, but they were able to diagnose, obtain parts, and install them faster than expected. I was very happy with frequent communication/updates from the team and of course having my jeep running smoothly again so I can have the confidence to drive my daily driver both to and from work and for longer trips as needed. We will definitely return for more work in the future with our 3 other vehicles.”

“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while now, but kept forgetting. Back in June, we were leaving the next day for the mountains and my husband got in his truck the evening before and his 2021 Toyota tundra wouldn’t start, like at all. I called this guy and he called me right back, communicated via text and phone call every 10 minutes to try to help. We tossed ideas back and forth and he offered to see us first thing the next morning so we could be on our way as fast as possible. It ended up just being a battery but this guy’s customer service is top tier. He was incredibly nice and so concerned even though it was after hours for him. I will never ever forget his kindness and willingness to help us out. He deserves the world and much much more!”

“We were stuck on the bridge with a flat tire trying to get further south. This tire discounters was the closest tire place at the time. It was 3:45pm when we called to get a new tire put on, and they closed at 4pm. We felt uneasy trying to get to our final destination, 3 hours away, on the spare tire. Josh at tire discounters said he would stay late to help us. We got there about 4:05pm. He was very courteous and helpful. He put the new tire on, put the spare back in the truck, and we were on our way. We were so glad Josh was willing to help us!!!! Wonderful display of selflessness! We appreciated it so much!!”

He was so upset!I went friday evening by so they could look at it. Was figuring it would cost 2-3 hundred or more.The wonderful lady that works in the office said come back Monday. Probably want cost anything to heat it and pop it back out. “I had ordered new tires for travel trailer, because of size 36’ they advised it would be best if 8 could bring just tires and wheels in for swap. My jack busted and I did not get there until a few minutes before closing. They still had two others ahead of me, after explanation of situation with travel trailer on jack stands the manager stayed over about 1.5 hours after closing to get me installed. Had a family from Washington state come in while he was installing mine and he helped them also. Just don’t find many folks that will go the extra mile these days. I appreciate it and hope the owners also reward you for going the extra mile.”
