βBilly was great. Has looked at my truck multiple times and taken the time to see what is wrong with it and be honest about it. Took it to get fixed and had it back in under a week with all new suspension. Way faster and better quality work than the shop it went to before. Truck runs and drives amazing now. Highly recommendβ
βI can't recommend this place enough, Ms.Hill is very nice and was nice enough to explain all the steps and processes of buying a first house, I can't brag enough about Jonathan, he's one of the nicest people I've met and he's went absolutely above and beyond with helping me and my girlfriend buy a house, if you're looking for a place to get a mortgage with great customer service and friendly people definitely come to this place, I really can't recommend them enough!β

In many instances sheβs gone above and beyond to assist us with quick timelines and extra details weβve requested. She always comes through for us! In a few dealings weβve even been offered a slightly lower rate elsewhere, but we know they donβt compare to the service we always receive from Patricia. Kudos to Patricia and kudos to Family Security Credit Union for keeping the hometown feel in a world thatβs becoming less customer friendly everyday. Keep up the outstanding work!β

βGreat bank with a friendly and smiling staff. Always get a LIVE person when calling for assistance. I have never called and a computer answers to say press 1, 2, 3, 4, etc for the department you're trying to reach.β
βBeen banking here since 1971. NEVER had one single negative experience. I don't know where these people come from who disliked this Credit Union!!! Maybe it's them and not the CU? Huh?β

βWe have been banking here almost 3 years, and love how helpful and friendly the staff members are ( :) Especially Notasha.). I've had bad experiences with other banks over the years and just ended up not getting account, it wasn't until I accompanied my girlfriend to open an account that I decided that I would finally open an account of my own. The only issue I've encountered was when I asked about a business account, I felt like I was looked at as though I was standing there in my birthday suite or something. To be fair I may not have been asking the right questions, and most of the evasiveness came from the online chat reps. Regardless, I love my bank and don't see myself banking with anyone else.β
βI love this bank! The people who work here are always really nice and if I ever have a problem or question they get it sorted right away! I also love that I have access to do thing on my account thru my phone! You can see transactions as well as transfer money between accounts and so much more. 10/10 recommend this bank!β

βA huge thank you to the Beltline PNC branch! My wallet had been stolen. A new card was on the way, but I needed quick access to my account. They verified me cancel the card coming and cut me a new one quick. Thank you so much yβall saved my life today.β
