“I have went a couple times and needed help with blinds and some flooring. Everything i have went there has been a lady ignore me every time and coloring and not paying my husband and I any attention when trying to get help once she even walked away from us leaving us felt like we were a burden.. then we had a young lady she was so upbeat compared to the other lady.. she introduced herself as sabrina I believe. She explained about the measurements and asks us questions to find what best suited our needs... if it weren't for her we would not come back.. the k ly reason I gave a 4 star rating is in regard to the exceptional service we received from ms. Sabrina. The other lady that was sitting at the desk on there hand should not have a job with public. Thank you Sabrina for helping us in more ways than you could have imagined. We will be back and will only deal with sabrina from now on! She deserves a raise, promotion, and or both.”

“Ms. Kimmie is the greatest asset to this store. We have been loyal to this Home Depot since 2014, but we feel like it went up a notch when we had kids and started bringing them to the build days. They LOVE Ms. Kimmie! She runs the best build days and loves her kids. Today was our first time at an outdoor build day. Please-give this woman whatever she needs to keep having successful kids workshops! I’d say she needs umbrellas or a tent if y’all keep hosting them outside. “I purchase from Dudadiesel.com regularly. Typically I purchase the Citric Acid or various food grade items. I will admit that in the past there were some growing pains when it came to my orders, however, over the past 18 months I have truly been happy with the level of customer service and quality of product I have received. Clearly, they have made adjustments and overcome any opportunities they had, because I am 100% satisfied! They are always polite and helpful when I call with questions and I have had no issues with prompt delivery. I have had need to return some items on two occasions since I started ordering from them. One was my fault and one was a size error. On both occasions it was corrected quickly and professionally. I received a refund quickly for the item I ordered by mistake and as for the size error, they shipped the correct item to me within 2 days. Mistakes do happen but I have not experienced anything like what I see in previous reviews. Keep up the great work and I'll keep on ordering!”

“EVERY employee was pleasant, helpful, and simply gave me hope that there are still many good folks around. I was especially impressed with the young guys out in the yard that rushed to help each other fill my complicated order. There was also a very kind driver who took the time to look up hazmat regulations for me so that we would be in compliance with the law.
