She didn't just tell me no. Her and Michelle were extremely helpful and explain everything to me as she went. I will never go back to the corporate store. This location was far more helpful. “Last night I stopped in for some assistance with a tablet I purchased from marketplace and was having issues getting it working. Tim D. walked me through it and helped quote me $100 less a month for my phone bill while also getting new phones. Will be making the switch very soon. Tim was informative and knowledgeable, while also being very friendly and not at all pushy like a lot of the other phone stores. Very happy with the service he provided, 10 /10.”
