“We moved from PA to AL. The UPack was a great option for us. They dropped the trailer, we loaded and let them know when to pick up. We even had to call to push back an extra day and there was no problem. We did do the loading ourselves, so some items didn’t make it, but that’s no fault of the company or drivers. The drivers I talked to were very friendly and helpful. It took us extra time to find movers to unload the heavy stuff, and we spent the first few days unloading the lighter stuff. UPack did not give us a deadline to be finished, and when I called, they said just to let them know when it was ready for pickup. The trailer made it to us in 5 business days, and we had it parked for a total of 7 days. There were no hidden fees and everything went as planned. Next time I will hire professional movers to help us load.”
