“Melissa at the Decatur store went above and beyond to help me out on a pump that was under warranty. The store was out of that pump but she found a bigger one that we could make work. She helped do everything she could to make it happen so I could finish the job for my customer. It did cost me a little money because it is a better pump than I bought but my customer didn't have to wait and that worked for me.”

“Had a 16:30 appt.. delivered 2 miles around the corner to GE so I went and checked in at 15:26. Immediately assigned me to a dock, came out to the truck with paperwork and seal at 18:07. Nice people but the loading process was a little slow being that the load wasn’t staged.”

“I was going to give a bad rating, but another vet made me change my mind. I will not post names of the vets. I just want to say just because someone is of different race does not mean they all treat there pets any different, some may but my pet is like family. So please treat all of your patients pets like they are your own. My pet was attacked by another dog, she was not cared for in the correct way the first time. She got infection due to bad care. I had to pay for the same procedure all over again, but they worked with us. The second vet was awesome. The stitches was perfect and no bleeding. My dog is doing great. Thank you”
