They are always helpful and most of them know you by name which makes it a very personable feeling when you go in. No I don't work there!!! I just appreciate the time they take to make sure you receive the right prescription at the right price!! Yes, they work to get you the very best price if your insurance does not cover it. They are everything you expect and wish for in an old time drug store. “Welcoming and friendly, Transferred my prescriptions from Walmart. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They really do make you feel like family. After my third visit they knew me by name and getting my prescriptions refilled only took 5 to 8 minutes!!!, While I was waiting I walked around their store and it was very clean and well organized and very cute items from local shops nearby!! Definitely recommend. Independent Pharmacies are the place to be.”

The staff was friendly and the store had the usual selection one would expect from a Kroger supermarket. I grabbed a few of their flavored sparkling waters and I also bought their spicy beer mustard. I have to say that I was quite impressed after trying this supermarket brand of mustard.All in all, I find this a good location of Kroger and would definitely recommend here.”
“It is such a shame that Letco do not disclose shipping charges at the time of purchase. After ordering from them over 12 years I am thinking of changing to Medisca and Fagron. Letco admitted but they won’t refund shipping charges. Horrible customer service. They used to be better. Very disappointed.”
“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to use bill pay to pay my fatheed rent and was unsure how to do it as it was my first time and it was time for the money center to close. The associate stayed open a few minutes longer and walked me through the process super quick and easy and the rent got paid on time. “The staff truly is there to help. Some of the prices are expensive compared to other pharmacies, but they will help you find an alternative at a reasonable price. They do take over 24 hours(or more) to fill a prescription though, but most locations take around the same amount of time.”
“I had just gotten out of the hospital with heart issues on blood thinner. I needed Lovanox shots for another 48 hrs while adjusting to Coumadin. My insurance required a prior authorization. Which I was told could take a few days. My pharmacist at my Decatur Walgreens on Beltline Rd.got on it. She even called a nurse on the Cardiac Care Floor at the hospital where I was a patient. Within no time she had the shots I desperately needed ready for pickup. That’s why I stick with Walgreens.”
“This is a decent pharmacy. I hate that they do not have a drive thru but I guess the design of the building would not allow it. The wait time can be a little much. I prefer smaller, locally owned pharmacies for a quicker, more personable experience. For the most part, the staff is friendly but this can vary as I would expect from a large chain.”
