“Recommend to anyone using retail. This location I have dealt with 4 employees and its been the same with each.
Great personalities and very helpful.
I was in a tight spot they got my unit figured out for me and then in between moving I lost the keys and the fellas got the locks all cut off for me.
Great Crew!”
“Jimmy and his lovely Wife are fantastic, renting uhaul equipment from these folks is a welcomed experience... unlike the other locations in Decatur. Always friendly, fast and respectful. Always my First Choice!RK”

“I tried to rent uhaul in 3 other places. No one would answer their phone nor were they in the offices even though all 3 said open. This guy was a life saver. He answered all my questions and had us on the road fast. I will never use anyone else.”
“Melissa was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very professional and patient despite having issues with the computer program. She battles through and my reservation was complete. I have never had any issues at this location; propane, trucks, and trailers!”

“Over the past year I have used this team multiple times. I did utilized two different stores thinking it would be easier and closer to the location. Nope. 6th Ave Team is the place to go. Very professional and personable. That's a game changer for customers. Keep up the great work and stay motivated as its infectious. Thank you again.”
