U-Haul at Beltline offers a range of moving and storage solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. Customers can also access portable U-Box containers, Moving Help® providers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, and propane. Although the facility is currently undergoing renovations, the available trucks are in excellent condition, and the overall experience is reported to be satisfactory. The customer service at this location is generally praised, with the manager, Clay, being particularly commended for his efficient and friendly service. Customers have had positive experiences, with one describing the process as "fast and painless." However, there was one instance where a customer service representative made an offhanded comment about using a debit card, which was not well-received. Overall, U-Haul at Beltline appears to be a reliable and convenient option for local and long-distance moves, with a helpful staff and a wide range of moving and storage solutions.

Melissa was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very professional and patient despite having issues with the computer program. She battles through and my reservation was complete. I have never had any issues at this location; propane, trucks, and trailers!
