“I've used Verizon for years and they have good customer service. My only problem is I cannot get service in certain stores especially one I go to often The Dollar General. I have this problem in every DG I go in. It may not be Verizons fault but that is my only concern.”

“I have been a loyal customer with Spectrum for years . I shut down anyone that makes a negative comment about Spectrum. It's the best mobile service you can get. I have multiple lines on my account .To get to the point, the local store was great The technician tried his best to help me but due to a glitch in my billing I was not able to do my upgrade. The issue is now resolved and I am waiting on my new galaxy phone. This was the first time I have ever had an issue with Spectrum. If Spectrum would like to reach out to me I will be happy to discuss where the problems started with my account. All is well now and if I ever need to go back to the local store I will be perfectly comfortable with doing so.If you go there ask for Drew, he was kind and understanding and did all he could to help”

“Needed current phone number swapped to new phone without putting old Sims card into new phone. I went to the AT&T store in jasper across from Walmart and stood for 45 min and never got to talk to anyone, there were 4 ppl working. I left and stopped by the Dora store, there was only one person working, it took no time and he got everything taken care of. I definitely recommend the Dora AT&T store.”
