Stopped at each location for rental information office was clean and smelled great. The leasing agents were professional and very friendly. Community seems great and very quiet. I am looking forward to applying and becoming a resident

The manager there doesn't seem to care about what's going on and then hides when you go to the office and knock on the door.

Awful management and awful customer service. Almost two months past move out and have yet to receive my security deposit. Overpriced 1 bedroom apartments where you can hear everything your neighbor does. Way better value apartments in Beverly, stay away.
