“I was at Marathon getting gas and this person started a conversation with me, stating that they were looking for a nice apartment. I found that to be very ironic that I would be talking to someone about that subject. So I said to them,” live in SWEETWATER Apartments. The person immediately said, oh I’ve heard about Sweetwater, the management is great, community has friendly people, and it would be a nice place to live. So I responded, “ everything you are saying is absolutely correct!!! People want to glorify owing a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. And, yes management at Sweetwater is over the top. Anything that I need is always taken care of!! I could have gone on and on about Sweetwater, but I know God position me to be at the right place at the right time, to tell how wonderful it is to live at SWEETWATER!!!”

We especially loved the quick response time of the maintenance staff, they came late at night, ealry mornings, weekends, whenever needed and always in a timely manner and fixed the problems every single time. The amenities are wonderful, they have monthly events, the grounds are clean, and pets are accepted!”

“I had an amazing experience throughout the entire move-in process from start to finish. Everything was smooth, efficient, and well organized, which made what is usually a stressful situation feel easy and straightforward.
The manager, Tasha, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her communication was excellent, and she made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision.
One thing that really stood out to me was how fast everything moved. I was approved in less than 24 hours, and I was able to sign my lease the same day, which exceeded my expectations. Tasha stayed on top of everything and made sure there were no delays.
Overall, this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to renting. It’s clear that they value professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. Haley has been there the entirety of my stay there, she’s a compassionate and professional manager. Emily(my girl), is the sweetest!!! She’s always so helpful and considerate. Madison has one of the most bashful, yes respectful personalities, she’s a sweet heart too. Maintenance has always answered my calls with the quickness. I’m glad I experienced that season of my life in FC ?”
