“Most folks don’t even know that National offers a Left Foot Accelerator (LFA) disability adaptation for right leg amputees. I reserved my vehicle on-line a week before I needed it at DHN (Dothan, Alabama) which is a very small airport location. I simply checked the box that I needed the LFA, a day or so later the station manager called me to double check that I definitely needed it, and on the day of my rental, they had a very nice vehicle, with the LFA installed, delivered from the Montgomery location. The whole thing was an outstanding performance by National and it’s employees!”
