“Ok so fair is fair. Yesterday I jumped to conclusions on a notice I received that had Avadians name on it and assumed it was from them. I went on to give the bank a poor review based on that. I don't change my opinion about the time I was with them but I will give them 5 well earned stars for resolving my issue even on a holiday weekend. I was contacted within a very short time by the location manager Diana Casey. I was 100% wrong but she never said anything negative nor was she anything but professional.My apologies Mrs Casey and thank you!”
