I had to return two packages today at this FedEx location. I'd been dreading it because I keep my 6 month old grandbaby and it's so hard for me to get her in and out of places. I've received medical supplies in the last 2 weeks and at no time has the delivery person has rung the Door Bell. I watch the person on the camera and all they do is take picture and walk away. Don't see what's so hard about pushing a button.
