They are absolutely the best service I have ever used. Monica is very professional and friendly. She knows exactly what to do, very meticulous and thorough. “The FedEx at Bainbridge Walgreens 20 miles messed up my package and caused it to return the package back to me. This caused a lot of stress. I was afraid that I was going to miss the return date deadline.I had to drive to Dothan AL 50 miles to resend this package. I took it to FedEx shipping center and they were very helpful. The package was resent and it did arrived on time with no issues. The service was fast without hassle. The 5 stars are for the one in Dothan AL….Thanks!!”

“They are fast. They have done away with the paper forms you fill out, so I recommend coming in with your information on paper otherwise you have to tell them everything and spell it too. I keep an old form with me at all times to save time.”

“Out of all the UPS stores I've stopped at in town, this is the one that seems to have knowledgeable staff. It's also the only one I've found that takes Amazon returns. If you have one, don't drive all over town like I did, come here. It's hard to see from the road but it's behind Wendy's and Rock N Roll Sushi.”
