The up front paying is not professional. We don't like it. Ferrellgas always owes us money which we can never figure out from their billing how we are reimbursed.

I have rented a Propane tank for several years. I canceled my account and they chargedme over $$160 to come pickup their tank!!!! Ridiculous!!

A fee for breathing essentially. Do not go with this company if you like your money. Ridiculously expensive. 5+ a gallon and a tank fee every year that adds another 150$.
